KidsfitGym Functional Fitness Classes
This is a 50-60 minute class for 4-10 year olds, which provides a perfect combination of fun and fitness. This class includes Fundamental movement, flexibility, strength training, ball skills, balance, hand eye coordination, and development of age appropriate motor skills, with the use of hoops, balls, bean bags & ropes. Children practice locomotor skills, such as jogging, skipping, hopping and stretching to warm up their muscles and create flexible bodies.
